  Last night was the LAST time I will EVER visit Las Posada Real based on how waiter and management handled a spilled drink. While waiting for our dinner, I moved my water closer to me, I accidentally spilled a fresh margarita on the table. The staff helped me clean up the mess I accidentally made, no big deal. Waiter CHARGED me to replace my spilled margarita. I asked a waitress if she accidentally spills a drink, does the management charge her for spilled drink. She looked at me like that was an absurd question and said absolutely not. But when I asked her why do they charge a CUSTOMER for a spilled drink, she gave me a blank stare. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good food though.

  We had a large group for happy hour. I was one of 4 people who ordered the happy hour nachos. All our orders looked the same but when the checks came I was charged $10.95 instead of $5.95 like everyone else. When I asked the server why she said I got the "big" order. I said I distinctly asked for the happy hour special. She said, "Sorry." and there was nothing she could do. The only difference between my order and the others is that I had water and the others had beer or Margaritas. It felt like I was robbed and it put a damper on the evening to have to pay for the server's mistake.

  We lkve the food here. The margarita's are amazing and also have a kick. A satisfied customer

  4 Huge Sopapillas for only $5! Super fast service and reasonable prices. Shrimp fajitas were very good and so were the enchiladas. Been here several times and have never been disappointed.

  Authentic....I have been enjoying their meals for the last 5 years and have never been disappointed.
